Last day before Penelope Break, and the last day Mrs. Connolly, P.J., and Nate will be on their own at home. Tomorrow, Baby #3 will arrive sometime around lunch, and I will be gone until after Thanksgiving Break. I will post pictures of the newborn once we pry the nun-chucks from her hands. 7th Grade/2nd and 3rd Periods: Today we began work on dependent clauses. I will have assignments about them for you on Monday and Tuesday. Tomorrow is the big test.
8th Grade/4th & 6th Periods: Today I handed out the assignment for the WWI essay -- four paragraph minimum, due Tuesday.
Tuesday, I will come by school with P.J. and Nate to pick up essays and tests for grading.
HOOPER PROJECT: Congrats to Billy the Kid for shooting down last night's naming Hoopers. Penelope was indeed Ulysses' wife, Edith Stein was the convert saint philosopher beast, and Mary's mom's name was Ann. Well done.
