Attention all 7th Graders:
Your test on compound sentences, as I said today, will now be Friday. Tomorrow, instead of the test, we will do a quick intro to dependent clauses.
So then Friday will be the test, and then Monday and Tuesday will be work periods in Part IV of the Gold Book, complete with quizzes.
