Monday, April 14
Gentlemen,
No quizzes tomorrow, and honestly, barely any class tomorrow. 2nd period, we'll continue work on the thesis combo class exercise. Other than that, it's Floater Zero and a 7th grade field trip. Enjoy your trip to Ft. McHenry... I'll miss you all. Terribly.
HOOPER PROJECT: Congrats to Artoo Whitting, for slaying his Shakespearean quartet of Hoopers, sayething that it was King Lear who wanted to "smite flat" the world, that it was "hot blood," Hamlet said he could drink, that it was "the dogs of war" Marc Antony wished to let slip after Caesar's murder, and that Nick Bottom was the donkey-headed character in A Midsummer Night's Dream.
Tonight, a quick sporty pair of Hoopers. Five points to the first student, and one to each thereafter, who can tell me who were the first commissioners, respectively, of the National Football League and Major League Baseball.
