8th Grade/2nd Period -Today we did Essay #6, "Should Avalon admit girls?" Tomorrow, we have quiz #13, which is based on Class Ex. 008.
8th Grade/Floaters - Today we did Class Ex. 009 (posted to the left). Tomorrow, we'll have Quiz #14, which will be eerily similar to today's exercise.
7th Grade/4th Period - Today we skipped ahead to Class Ex. 009, just for kicks. Tomorrow, we'll double back and do Class Ex. 008, on the tricky compound sentences and then finish up with Class Ex. 009. Both are available to be viewed and printed on the left. No quiz tomorrow.
7th Grade/6th Period - No class today: floater 6. Tomorrow, we'll do Quiz #12 (based on Class Ex. #007 to the left), and then we'll move on to Class Ex. 008. Plan for another quiz Wednesday.
